Charming stay. Was awesome

clean room housekeeping team new bathroom

the room was clean! the housekeeping team clearly maintains high standards. i also appreciated the well-positioned tv in the room. the bathroom seemed very new with quality fittings.

the hotel had limited parking spaces available, and i had to find street parking. this was inconvenient as i preferred on-site parking.

a tender clifton dream

kind receptionist cloud bed super clean bathroom superb location

I loved the friendly receptionist. They were so kind. my bed was like a cloud and the sheets were pristine. the bathroom was super clean and the hot shower was so powerful. the location was superb, near everything lovely.

the carpets had a few stains, but everything else was very neat

worn carpet television remote

I was quite disappointed with a few aspects. The hallway carpet was stained and worn. It certainly didn't feel very cute. In the room itself, the television remote didn't work. I had to manually change channels on the tv. These issues detracted from what could have been a better stay.

quiet location efficient staff room code

the location was nice and quiet. komal and alex were efficient with resources. they responded patiently. they also helped with room codes.

the hotel needs some updates. the carpet had stains. it looks pretty but needs maintenance.
